View DetailsSpray Disc: Ushering in a New Era of Efficient Wastewater Evaporation and Utilization
2025-05-28
Amid the ongoing wave of innovation in wastewater treatment technologies, leveraging spray‑disc technology to achieve efficient wastewater evaporation has emerged as a highly promising avenue. Conventional wastewater evaporation methods are hampered by low efficiency and high energy consumption, whereas the application of spray discs acts like an “accelerator” for wastewater evaporation, offering a unique operating principle and notable advantages that pave the way for new approaches to wastewater resource recovery.

View DetailsSolution for Dust Contamination Around the Converter Slag Pit at the Steelmaking Plant
2025-03-03
When operating in the slag‑enclosure area of the steel plant’s converter—whether it involves using a loader to clear the slag chute and unload ash, loading trucks, unloading vehicles, or routine cleaning—significant dust is generated. This results in pervasive dust throughout the entire slag‑processing workshop, severely impairing visibility and posing serious health risks to workers. The dust comprises fine slag particles, slag powder, and other particulates, with particle sizes predominantly ranging from 1 µm to 100 µm; as a result, single‑purpose dust‑suppression measures are often insufficient to achieve effective control. Solution: Install an integrated mist‑spraying dust‑control system in the slag‑enclosure area of the steel plant, mounting a high‑energy spray nozzle along the upper portion of the U‑shaped retaining wall.
