Our company offers comprehensive natural environment simulation services, replicating conditions such as hurricanes, dense fog, severe storms, light rain, atmospheric environments, and the effects of wind speed on components, as well as a wide range of rainfall scenarios and equipment performance testing. These capabilities are applicable to: electrical equipment, automotive rain‑exposure testing, electrical apparatus, aerospace systems, wind‑tunnel testing, air‑blowing tests, and various rain‑simulation devices.

Under hurricane‑condition testing, the rain‑spraying and storm‑simulation apparatus can meet specified requirements for the test object’s horizontal distance, width, and height. It ensures that, upon reaching the test object’s surface, the wind speed remains no less than 50 m/s, while droplet size can be adjusted as needed. This storm‑testing system is applicable to a range of electrical‑industry applications, including preliminary development of: smoothing reactors, high‑voltage AC transmission and transformation systems, high‑voltage DC projects, ultra‑high‑voltage DC projects, current‑limiting reactors for DC transmission and transformation, associated reactors, filtering reactors, core reactors, dry‑type hollow reactors, online intelligent monitoring devices for electrical equipment, electromagnetic wire products, and the wind‑resistance and heavy‑rain‑impact resistance of aluminum‑core electromagnetic wires.

Natural environment simulation is primarily used for industrial product testing—such as simulating temperature, humidity, airflow, and rainfall—and provides comprehensive environmental test systems. In ecological research, simulated environments focus on temperature and humidity conditions and are suitable for applications in the automotive, aerospace, and other sectors. It also supports scientific research and industrial testing, offering customized environmental test systems for tasks like thermal shock testing and rapid temperature cycling. The solutions specialize in simulating extreme temperature environments, with products covering a wide range of climatic conditions.
