Aogong Dry-Mist Dust Suppression System Heads to the Philippines as Part of the Belt and Road Initiative!

China Energy Engineering Group Dongdian No. 2 Company has won the bid for the EPC project involving the design, procurement, and construction of a 15 MW DMCI biomass power plant in Palawan, Philippines. The project is located on Palawan Island, in the southwestern Philippines along the Belt and Road Initiative route. On the island, a 15 MW circulating fluidized‑bed boiler will be built, capable of co‑firing coal with locally sourced biomass fuels, which generates substantial fly ash during combustion. Our company is responsible for dust suppression at this site. The dry‑mist system rapidly atomizes water into fine mist particles that adhere to airborne particulates, forming agglomerates that settle out, thereby effectively controlling dust. The dry‑mist dust‑suppression system we provide addresses dust generation at its source, delivering highly efficient dust control and significantly reducing the environmental and health risks posed by airborne particulates.
