The automatic inductive dust‑removal spray system for unloading silos is primarily designed to suppress dust generated during the unloading of materials from vehicles. This system employs imported sensors for automated control and can be integrated with on-site equipment via computer‑based networked operation.
The system employs an imported high-pressure plunger pump to pressurize water to over 5 MPa, which is then atomized into a fine mist through specially designed nozzles, with droplet diameters below 30 microns. The equipment features a timer function and is equipped with an automatic water inlet tank and food-grade filtration.
Operating principle: When a transport vehicle enters the silo’s infrared sensing zone and triggers the infrared signal, the equipment automatically starts spraying. Once the truck has completed unloading and departs, the dust‑suppression spray system shuts down automatically after the preset time interval.
