A custom‑made spray device from a company in Shunde, Foshan, is used to apply high‑viscosity silicone oil onto the surface of handkerchiefs. The spray pattern is fan‑shaped, with droplets evenly coating the cotton fabric, and the spray flow rate is adjustable. The photo shows the installation and commissioning site.
Over the years, we have designed high- and low-pressure misting systems for dozens of industries.
