  • Product Description
  • Product Specifications
  •        The national‑level island‑tunnel project of the Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macao Bridge is located in the waters of the Pearl River Estuary. The maritime climate and complex topography impose extremely stringent requirements on concrete curing. According to engineering specifications, after concrete placement, it must be cured under conditions maintaining a relative humidity of at least 85%, while preventing rapid moisture loss that could lead to surface cracking. Freshly placed concrete exhibits low strength and limited resistance to deformation; when subjected to adverse temperature and humidity fluctuations, it is highly susceptible to harmful shrinkage cracks—both thermal and drying—which can directly compromise structural integrity and jeopardize the achievement of the bridge’s 120‑year design service life.

To ensure the reliable quality of extra-large concrete pipe segments, it is essential to maintain stable humidity in the surrounding environment during casting and curing. Following joint testing with the CCCC Central Laboratory, Aogong Spraying undertook the design, installation, and commissioning of the moisture‑retention system for the Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macao Bridge, marking a successful case of China’s participation in national infrastructure projects in the field of spray technology.

The automatic sprinkler system can autonomously travel along the track, spray water, and pause at preset intervals. Users can also customize parameters such as trolley speed, spraying duration, and dwell time. After the system completes its pass, the entire girder is thoroughly wetted with no dead zones, ensuring full coverage—saving both labor and water. This automated sprinkler system offers advantages including intelligent operation, thorough curing, energy efficiency, environmental friendliness, and low cost.

Over the years, we have designed high- and low-pressure misting systems for dozens of industries. In areas such as landscaping, cooling, dust suppression, humidification, lubrication, and environmental simulation, we have supplied misting systems and related components to numerous Fortune Global 500 companies, while also serving China’s defense‑industrial enterprises. Notably, the misting systems for oil‑drilling platforms developed for five subsidiaries of Sinopec and for Sichuan Honghua Group have been exported in large volumes to countries across the Middle East and Southeast Asia. The successful completion of the misting and moisture‑retention project for the island‑tunnel section of the Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macao Bridge not only underscores Aogong’s technical expertise and service excellence, but, more importantly, demonstrates our contribution—“Aogong Power”—to national infrastructure development.
