Design Features:
The single-fluid impingement micro‑atomizing nozzle is a direct‑pressure type. A fine liquid jet ejected from the nozzle’s orifice strikes a target needle positioned directly opposite, with a diameter equal to the orifice size, thereby producing an extremely fine mist. In certain applications, this nozzle can even replace many costly dual‑fluid air‑atomizing nozzles that use compressed air or steam as the secondary fluid. With orifice diameters ranging from 0.1 mm to 0.5 mm and featuring ruby‑inlaid or hardened stainless‑steel orifices, the nozzle generates an ultra‑fine mist under pressures of 5 to 30 kgf/cm². It is widely suited for artificial fogging, livestock facilities, greenhouses, and other applications requiring humidifying sprays, consuming only 3 W per kilogram of mist produced, resulting in very low operating costs.
