Low-pressure micro‑atomizing nozzles feature a unique internal vortex‑blade design that generates extremely fine droplets solely by liquid pressure, producing a mist‑like spray with a minimum droplet size of 25 microns. The spray performance rivals that of air‑atomizing nozzles; at 0.7 MPa, the spray pattern forms a 60° hollow cone with highly uniform atomization, and the system offers a broad range of operating pressures and flow rates. To prevent clogging, a precision filter is included; the nozzle body, disc core, and filter are easily removable for cleaning. For optimal atomization, an inlet pressure of at least 5 kg/cm² is recommended.

Real-life, multi-angle shots of the nozzle:

    1) Available in multiple materials, offering excellent wear and corrosion resistance.

    2) The spray body, cartridge, and filter are easy to disassemble, making cleaning and replacement convenient.

    3) Featuring a unique internal vortex blade, it generates a misty effect solely through hydraulic pressure, with a minimum droplet size of 25 microns.

    4) Install a precision filter to prevent clogging.

    Recommended application range for nozzles:

Evaporative cooling, spray humidification, temperature reduction and dust removal, humidification and dehumidification, landscape humidification, and dispersion, among others.
