Design features:
1. Integral structure: the two internal S-shaped vanes create the largest possible flow passage and are integrally cast with the nozzle body. Under the same flow rate, the maximum diameter of solid particles it can pass is three times that of a conventional solid-cone nozzle.
II. Its unique design effectively minimizes the risk of clogging commonly encountered with standard nozzles under harsh operating conditions, making it particularly well-suited for spraying high‑flow slurries containing substantial particulate matter. It effortlessly handles turbid, chunky fluids such as lime slurry.
3. It can achieve effective atomization at pressures as low as 0.2 kg/cm². All internal passages are streamlined, ensuring smooth fluid flow with no dead zones or blockages, thereby effectively reducing the pressure required for atomization.
4. The S-shaped blades provide flow‑guiding functionality, eliminating the stratified spray pattern typical of helical nozzles and ensuring more uniform and comprehensive coverage.
5. Internal or external threaded connections, ranging from 3/8 inch to 4 inches; flanged connections are also available.
Material: Brass, 303 stainless steel, 316L stainless steel, Teflon (polytetrafluoroethylene), and PP.
Spray angle: 30°, 60°, 90°, and 120°.
Scope of application: Rapid cooling of high-temperature flue gas, exhaust gas dust removal, wet desulfurization, packed tower spray, chemical tower spray, fractionation tower spray, and exhaust gas scrubbing.
