    Principle and function of humidifying spray cooling through atomization:

    This system employs a specialized nozzle developed by our company. The liquid is atomized into an ultra-fine mist as it exits the nozzle, thoroughly mixing with the air to lower ambient temperatures. It neutralizes excess positive ions in the air, increases the concentration of negative ions, and boosts humidity, thereby preventing excessive moisture loss from fresh products and achieving rapid cooling, disinfection and purification, as well as humidification and preservation.

     

    Structure of the humidifying mist atomization system:

      The atomization system consists of a high-pressure water pump, water pipes, T‑shaped pipe connectors, atomizing nozzles, filter screens, fittings, and other components.

      Water supply pipes are available in PE and stainless steel series. When PE pipes are used, the T‑type pipe connector features a quick‑connect interface with the supply line, allowing for flexible adjustment of nozzle orientation, and the system is designed for modular installation.

      This system features multi-stage filtration from inlet to mist output, with easy disassembly and cleaning, and is resistant to clogging. Nozzle spacing can be customized to suit the specific requirements of the installation site.

  • Technical specifications:
      The pressurizer housing is waterproof, and it features a high‑performance booster pump with an 8‑meter suction lift and a discharge pressure of 8–15 kg. It can be equipped with 100 to 500 atomizing nozzles, providing cooling, humidification, and disinfection coverage for areas ranging from 300 to 2,500 square meters.

      This unit is equipped with a 1/2-inch inlet and multiple outlets. From the inlet to the outlets, it features multi-stage filtration and an automatic backflow pressure‑reduction system. When the unit is shut down, any water remaining in the piping is automatically drained through the backflow port, preventing nozzle dripping.

      This device is compact, highly advanced, features chip‑based memory, operates reliably, delivers precise programming, and is easy to use. The microcomputer‑controlled, fully automatic timer allows you to set the misting cycle at any time within a 24‑hour period and can be equipped with an additional humidity controller. Once the timer program is configured, it automatically switches to fully automated operation according to your preset misting and interval durations, and can repeat the programmed sequence as needed.
