This system, also known as a high-pressure misting system, pressurizes filtered tap water using a high-pressure plunger pump and then delivers it through high-pressure pipelines to nozzles, where it is atomized into numerous droplets with diameters ranging from 5 to 15 microns.     ● Reliability: The fog‑generation system’s main unit is equipped with an imported industrial‑grade plunger pump, ensuring 2,000 hours of continuous, trouble‑free operation and resisting damage even in harsh environments.

    ● Environmental protection: The water used in the misting system is sealed and not recirculated, preventing bacterial growth.

    ● Mist Output: High mist output with flexible configuration options. The fogging system’s flow rate is continuously adjustable, ranging from 60 kg/h to 5,000 kg/h, and the number of nozzles can be customized at any point within this range.

     

    Note: To meet the cooling needs of special applications, our company is equipped with an ice‑fog machine that cools tap water to below 10°C before atomizing it, reducing indoor temperatures by more than 5°C.
