I. Scope of Application

II. Technical Features
● The system boasts broad coverage, operates fully automatically with intermittent cycles, and requires no manual intervention. It can replace dust‑suppression mist cannons and water‑spraying trucks for dust suppression, haze reduction, and cleaning tasks on roads or within industrial sites.
● Each high‑altitude spray point is equipped with a new high‑pressure nozzle, delivering water droplets that effectively disperse dust and haze with an effective range of ≥15 meters. When combined with adjacent points, they form a large‑scale water‑particle curtain, achieving a spray coverage distance of approximately 30 meters.
● Each nozzle is individually controllable; the rotating spray head can be adjusted to any angle between 0° and 360°, with adjustable intensity. The mist is virtually undetectable to the human body and delivers more than three times the efficiency of conventional dust‑suppression and haze‑reduction equipment.
● By employing a wet dust‑removal principle, it effectively controls airborne particulate matter, thereby purifying PM2.5 and PM10 in the controlled area with a removal efficiency of 80%–98%.
III. System Composition
The system comprises modular components such as a high-pressure misting unit (featuring an internal pressure pump, electrical control cabinet, water tank, and more), rotary nozzles, an automatic control system, a misting boom, and conveying pipelines. The misting unit pressurizes tap water, which is then atomized through specialized rotary dust‑removal nozzles into a fine mist rich in negative oxygen ions. These ions combine with positively charged airborne particulates, effectively cleansing the atmosphere, while the ultrafine droplets settle suspended dust onto the ground.
IV. Control Method
