I. Equipment Overview
1. The air‑dry‑fog disinfection/humidification unit is a newly developed and designed aerosol‑generation device from our company, integrating dry‑fog production, medical‑grade compressed‑air generation, and disinfection/sterilization and humidification functions into a single system. This equipment is manufactured from 304 food‑grade stainless steel. Its robust, aesthetically pleasing structure ensures stable and reliable performance, while its mobile design enables continuous 24‑hour operation.
2. After the liquid is added to the storage tank in the specified ratio, set the operating time and plug in the power supply to enable unattended operation.
3. The spray droplet diameter is 10 µm, with a spray range of 6 meters. Type I and Type II models deliver mist in four directions simultaneously, while Type III directs the spray forward; the oscillation angle is automatically adjustable from 0° to 180°.
4. The mist droplets disperse completely into the air, leaving no dripping water, keeping clothing dry, and not wetting object surfaces.

II. Main Structure and FunctionsThe AOOPO‑I model air dry‑fog disinfection/humidification unit features a fixed spray bracket; the AOOPO‑II model has an extendable, height‑adjustable spray bracket; and the AOOPO‑III model delivers forward‑directed mist with automatic oscillation and an adjustable spray angle ranging from 0° to 180°.
1. Spray Treasure
Employing the siphon atomization principle, medical-grade compressed gas and liquid converge at a specially designed nozzle to achieve two-stage atomization, delivering micron‑scale spray performance. The four nozzles are arranged in a compact, optimized layout, with an internal structure precisely engineered based on buoyancy and lever principles, ensuring uniform water delivery and consistent, even misting during sterilization, disinfection, and humidification.
2. Medical Air Pump
As the power source for the equipment, it supplies clean air for dry‑mist sterilization/disinfection and humidification.
3. Liquid Storage Tank
Made of 304 food-grade stainless steel, it includes an air inlet pipe, a water outlet pipe, a top water inlet, and a bottom drain valve. After the sterilizing disinfectant has been evenly mixed according to the specified ratio, it is added through the liquid‑filling port.
4. Pressure regulator
The fluid pressure is adjusted at the factory to its optimal setting and requires no further adjustment.
5. Bracket Assembly
Includes air and water tubing, which are connected to the corresponding air and water ports on the main body of the Spray Treasure.
6. Exhaust Fan
Discharge the heat generated by the air pump during operation to extend its service life.
