Design features:
Adjustable-angle series nozzles are widely used in spray‑type applications and come in two connection types: clamp‑on and threaded. The clamp‑on version (single‑clamp or double‑clamp) secures to the pipe via an elastic clip, requiring only a simple hole in the pipe. The threaded version consists of a threaded base, a swivel ball, a nozzle, and a lock nut; the nozzle model can be easily swapped, with a maximum vertical deflection of 55° and a full 360° horizontal rotation, allowing for convenient adjustment of the spray pattern.
This nozzle offers three spray patterns—hollow cone, solid cone, and fan—and allows for quick, precise adjustment of the spray direction during operation. The nozzle is easy to disassemble and clean: simply unscrew it by hand to replace it with a new one, meeting the needs of various applications.
Selected materials:Glass-fiber-reinforced polypropylene (PPR) and carbon-fiber-reinforced polypropylene (corrosion‑resistant, wear‑resistant, with a maximum temperature rating of 1200°C and a maximum pressure rating of 7 kg), along with 304 stainless steel.
