(1)Type G
The G160 and G250 nozzle models provide effective cleaning for containers of various sizes. Both models feature multiple solid-cone nozzles that can spray all internal surfaces of the container, operating at pressures up to 4 kg. They are available in either brass or stainless steel.
The G160 nozzle can clean large tanks with diameters of up to 3.1 meters. By using 1/4-inch or 3/8-inch solid-cone nozzles, the flow rate can be adjusted. The G160 model can be installed through tank openings with diameters of 130 mm or greater.
The G250 nozzle assembly delivers exceptionally high fluid flow rates, making it ideal for cleaning large tanks with diameters of up to 6.7 meters. Flow rates can be adjusted by using solid-cone nozzles in 1/2-inch, 3/4-inch, or 1-inch sizes.
The G250-A nozzle can be inserted through a tank opening with a diameter of 230 mm.For deep tanks, the G250-B features a 1.5-inch end outlet connection for attaching an extension pipe and a G160-type nozzle.
(2) Model 9800
The Model 9800 cleaning nozzle is specially designed for efficiently cleaning small containers. This nozzle model offers a choice of 15 or 21 solid-cone spray patterns, enabling coverage of the entire inner surface at pressures up to 10 bar.
The Model 9800 is designed to pass through a standard small‑barrel opening and mounts on an automatic small‑barrel washer. It features a maximum nozzle diameter of 35 mm and includes a 16‑mm neck reducer. Drainage is possible during cleaning. Its stainless‑steel construction ensures superior corrosion resistance.
Rotary cleaning nozzle
(1) Type 36250, Type 28250
Three high-pressure fan‑type spray nozzles are precisely positioned and mounted on the rotating head. The liquid drives the head to rotate 360 degrees, ensuring that all surfaces requiring cleaning fall within the spray coverage area, thereby achieving effective internal rinsing of small vials, cans, and drums.
The body of the 36250‑type nozzle is made from highly corrosion‑resistant engineering plastic, while the bearings and retaining rings are crafted from hardened stainless steel to extend service life; it can withstand pressures up to 5 bar.
The body of the 28250‑type nozzle is made of 316 stainless steel, features a 42‑mm opening, delivers a low flow rate, and provides excellent cleaning performance for small containers. It supports high‑pressure washing, with pressures up to 7 bar.
(2) Type 19250The Model 19250 compact nozzle can pass through a 20-mm-diameter opening; its two fan‑shaped nozzles are specially positioned to generate self‑rotation, enabling 360° cylindrical spraying. With an additional nozzle at the top, it delivers full spherical spraying.
The nozzle is made of 316 stainless steel, while the imported bearings and retaining rings are crafted from hardened stainless steel to ensure maximum wear life. The maximum pressure rating is 1.3 MPa, and the maximum operating temperature is 180°C.
This type of nozzle is specifically designed for cleaning small-diameter containers, such as mineral water bottles, pharmaceutical vials, baby bottles, and aluminum cans. It delivers excellent cleaning performance, and its flow rate, spray angle, length, and other parameters can be customized to meet specific requirements, ensuring optimal cleaning results.
