Features: This nozzle precisely controls the air–water mixing ratio, enabling gas–liquid atomization. The spray assembly consists of an air cap and a liquid cap; pressure delivers the liquid to the nozzle, where the liquid and compressed gas mix at the nozzle outlet to generate fine droplets, delivering outstanding atomization performance.
A finer spray can be achieved by increasing the gas pressure or reducing the liquid flow rate. This nozzle offers two spray patterns—round and fan-shaped; please contact customer service if you would like to order the fan‑shaped option.
