Ultra-fine atomizing nozzles precisely control the air-to-water mixing ratio, enabling gas–water mixed atomization.
The spray device consists of an air cap and a liquid cap. It delivers liquid to the nozzle either by self-priming or under pressure, where the liquid and compressed gas mix inside the nozzle, generating several…
Mist droplets with a diameter of ten microns deliver excellent environmental humidification; finer atomization can be achieved by increasing gas pressure or reducing liquid pressure.
This nozzle offers two fine‑spray patterns—circular and fan—and is precision‑manufactured from PVDF, high‑quality brass, and stainless steel, with a wide range of flow rates to choose from.
The adjustable air‑atomizing nozzle allows for precise control of droplet size and flow rate, enabling optimization of the spray performance to meet specific application requirements.
Note: Quick‑connect fittings may be used for the liquid and air ports of the nozzle; for the air line, an inner diameter of 8 mm or 6 mm is typically recommended.
Scope of application:
Wool spinning: spray humidification, mold lubrication, spray injection, and air disinfection and sterilization.

1. Fan-shaped spray liquid pressure‑fed type
(Internal mixing of gas and liquid, fine atomization)
Design features:
For the fan‑shaped spray pattern, dimensions “A,” “B,” and “C” represent the spray width at the respective distances from the nozzle, as shown in the figure. The total spray projection distance from the nozzle to the point of maximum dispersion is denoted by “D.”
When using a pressurized liquid system, the liquid is delivered through a pressurized nozzle, where it mixes internally with a compressed gas or gas to produce a fully atomized spray.

2. Circular spray liquid pressure‑fed type
(Internal mixing of gas and liquid)
Design Features:
For a circular spray pattern, the spray maintains a jet angle of “A” within distance “B”; beyond this range, the spray transitions to turbulence and continues to be projected up to distance “D”.
When using a pressurized liquid delivery system, the liquid is supplied to the nozzle under pressure. The liquid is mixed internally with compressed air or gas, producing a fully atomized spray.

3. Fan-shaped and circular spray liquid self-priming (siphon) type:
Design features:
For circular and fan-shaped sprays, within distance “B,” the spray maintains a jet angle of “A.” Beyond distance “B,” the spray becomes turbulent and is projected to a distance of “D.”
When using siphon, gravity, or liquid‑transfer systems, the liquid is conveyed by siphoning or gravity; in these devices, the liquid is drawn in, passes through a delivery conduit into the gas stream, and is atomized within the gas flow.
