The two‑fluid air‑atomizing conical spray nozzle (siphon type) precisely controls the air–water mixing ratio, enabling gas–liquid atomization. The spray assembly consists of an air cap and a liquid cap; it draws liquid into the nozzle via self‑priming (siphon action). In these devices, the liquid is drawn in, conveyed through a delivery passage into the gas stream, and atomized within the gas flow. This produces droplets with diameters on the order of tens of microns, delivering excellent environmental humidification; further fine atomization can be achieved by increasing the gas pressure. The nozzle offers two micro‑spray patterns—circular and fan-shaped—both manufactured with precision from high‑quality brass or stainless steel, and available in a wide range of flow rates. With an adjustable air‑atomizing nozzle, droplet size and flow rate can be tailored to meet specific requirements, ensuring optimal spray performance.
