  • This custom‑made nozzle delivers a 90° conical spray pattern and is wall‑mounted.

    Design features:

    This nozzle precisely controls the air–water mixing ratio; adjusting the needle valve allows you to vary the liquid flow rate, enabling gas–liquid atomization. The spray assembly consists of an air cap and a liquid cap, with the liquid supplied to the nozzle either by self‑priming or under pressure. At the nozzle outlet, the liquid and compressed gas mix to produce droplets on the order of tens of microns, delivering outstanding atomization performance. By increasing the gas pressure or reducing the liquid flow rate, an even finer spray can be achieved. The nozzle offers two spray patterns—circular and fan—and is manufactured with precision from high‑quality brass or stainless steel, available in a wide range of flow rates.

    The particle size and flow rate of the adjustable air‑atomizing nozzle can be tailored to meet specific requirements, enabling optimal atomization performance.
    *Note: For the liquid and air ports connecting to the nozzle, quick‑connect fittings may be used; for the air hose, an inner diameter of 8 mm or 6 mm is typically recommended.
