奥工干雾抑尘系统的三大技术优势
干雾抑尘技术是经过高压离子雾化和超声波雾化,发生1μm(微米)~100μm的超细干雾,超细干雾颗粒细密,充沛添加与粉尘颗粒的触摸面积,水雾颗粒与粉尘颗粒磕碰并凝集,构成聚合物,聚合物不断变大变重,直至最终天然沉降,达到消除粉尘的目的。
广州奥工喷雾设备有限公司所研制的干雾抑尘系统设备,主要经过超声波空气雾化喷嘴喷头的高频率的机械声波将水雾化成1-10微米摆布大小让到达抑尘作用,在以下三个方面明显优势:
一、设备系统装置集成化程度高
微米级干雾抑尘装置采用模块化设计技术,由微米级干雾机、螺杆式空气压缩机、储气罐、配电箱、水气分配器、万向节喷雾器总成、水气连接管线、电伴热带和控制信号线组成,成套干雾抑尘系统装置集成化程度高,可实现中央智能控制。
二、设备装置运行寿命
由于超声波雾化喷嘴不依赖于高压力,就可达到最大雾化水的作用,解决了高压水泵导致的磨损问题。超声波雾化喷嘴工作同时清洗喷头腔体,喷嘴没有移动部件,不锈钢材质。与黄铜喷嘴比较,解决了磨损和腐蚀,延长了运行寿命。
三、干雾抑尘雾化效果
干雾抑尘主要是根据一般大小的水和尘土粒子磕碰,凝集,规模和质量不断增加,凝集变成较大和较重的粉体掉落,任何扬尘颗粒雾滴后围住根本没有逃跑的机会。干雾抑尘用水量很少,并不会增加运送物料的含水量。
