 Applications of Desulfurization and Dust-Removal Nozzles The fundamental principle underlying the application of spiral nozzles in desulfurization and dust removal is: Spiral nozzle It is a composite spray nozzle that produces a spray pattern forming an annular or circular coverage area. By leveraging the fine droplets generated under high-pressure atomization—whose particle size is extremely small and whose surface tension is virtually negligible—the spray rapidly captures airborne dust particles of various sizes, binding them with water mist to increase their mass and density. This facilitates the separation of particulate matter from the atmosphere, effectively controlling dust emissions.
